Style 7500
- 9.6oz - Volan finish for any resin is a very common boating and tooling cloth also
used in mold making.

Style 7500 is the well known 9.6 ounce boat and tooling fabric.
It is the most common cloth used in the marine industry. It is also used in mold
making. The style # 7500 has a count
of 16 x 14 ends per inch, uses the yarn ECG 37-1/2 in the warp and fill, has a
breaking strength of 300 x 250 and a thickness of 0.0110. 7500 is a close to
cousin to style 1800 but generally softer and more conformable to lay up being
that it has a 9 micron glass filament instead of the 13 micron filament used in
1800. There's not a lot of 7500 woven in comparison to other fabrics as the
primary end use is in general wet lay-up operations.
