Style 1597 - 38 oz/sq yd, 504 Volan finish. It is made in the U.S. by BGF. This is a heavy duty tooling cloth used in making molds and other composite structures.

Style 1597 has a count of 30x30 threads per inch. It's a triple plain weave cloth that weighs 38 oz/sq yard. It is ECG 37 1/4 in the warp direction and ECG 37 1/4 in the fill. It has a thickness of 0.0386. This is a heavy duty tooling cloth. The breaking strength of this cloth is 700x600 in the warp and fill. This cloth has a soft 504 volan finish for any resin and is made in the U.S. by BGF.
