Style 1543 - 8.6oz - Unidirectional. Silane and Volan finishes for epoxy resin used in aerospace and other composites.

Style 1543 is a 8.6 ounce per square yard crowfoot weave, four harness satin weave and it's a 90% unidirectional. The yarn used is ECG 75-1/2 in the warp and ECE 225-1/0 in the fill. 1543 has a breaking strength of 500 x 60 in the warp and fill respectively. 90% of the glass is going in the warp direction so I call it a Uni Crowfoot, which is most of the glass in the warp direction.
